PHP Warning: strtotime():なエラー

PHP5.3にアップグレードしてからWarning: strtotime()なエラーが出るようになった。

PHP Warning: strtotime(): It is not safe to rely on the system’s timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. タイムゾーン設定ですね。システム時刻を当てにするなと…
php.ini　に
date.timezone = ‘Asia/Tokyo’
な感じで設定してやるとエラー消せます。
